Ingredients: Meat (59%) (Beef (37%), Chicken), Water, Onion (10%), Seasoning (6%) [Wheat Flour, Salt, Tapioca Starch, Emulsifier (451), Hydrolysed Soy Protein, Garlic, Spice, Spice Extract, Yeast Extract], Breadcrumbs [Wheat, Anti-caking Agent (170), Acidity Regulator (300)], Textured Soy Protein, Soy Protein Isolate, Colour (150c)

Allergens: CONTAINS: GLUTEN, WHEAT, SOY MAY CONTAIN: MILK, EGG, FISH, CRUSTACEAN, SULPHITES.

Cooking Instructions: All appliances vary. These are guidelines only. Allow product to cool for 2 mins prior to consuming. Remove product from packaging and cook from frozen. Product must be cooked thoroughly to an internal temperature of 75◦C before consumption.

Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 200◦C, fan bake for approx. 6 mins. Pan Fry: Medium heat, approx. 3 mins per side. Air Fry (1800w): Air fry at 180◦C for approx. 4 mins.

Handling/ Storage: Store at or below -18 degrees. Keep frozen. Once thawed DO NOT refreeze. To thaw - place in fridge overnight.
