Crumbed Camembert Bites

Premium New Zealand Camembert cheese, encased in a crunchy golden crumb. For a delicious sharing experience serve with plum sauce.

Ingredients: Camembert Cheese (57%) [Milk, Cream, Salt, Cultures, Non-Animal Rennet], Breadcrumb [Wheat Flour, Glucose, Salt, Yeast, Colours (100, 160b)], Batter [Water, Wheat Flour, Maize Starch, Salt, Thickeners (401, 464, 1404), Raising Agent (500), Dehydrated Onion, Spices, Emulsifier (450)], Vegetable Oil.

Allergens: CONTAINS: GLUTEN, WHEAT, MILK.
MAY CONTAIN: EGG, SOY, FISH, CRUSTACEAN, SULPHITES.

Cooking Instructions: Product requires cooking before consumption. Recommended centre temperature at 72 degrees. Cook from frozen (if thawed halve the cooking times).

Oven Bake: Preheat to 185 degrees and cook for 10-11 minutes. Deep Fry: Preheat to 180 degrees and cook for 10 -11 minutes. Shallow Fry: Cook on medium heat for 4 - 5 minutes per side. Air Fryer: Cook for 6 minutes at 180 degrees.

Handling/ Storage: Store at or below -18 degrees. Keep frozen. Once thawed DO NOT refreeze. To thaw - place in fridge overnight.
