Recommended centre temperature 72°C.
Cook from frozen (if thawed halve the cooking times).
Oven Bake: Preheat to 185°C for 10-11 minutes.
Deep Fry: 5- 6 mins at 180°C
Shallow Fry: 4 -5 mins per side.
Air Fryer: 6 mins at 180°C
