Crumbed Fish Cakes

Ingredients: Potato Flakes (26%) [Water, Potatoes, Emulsifiers (471, 450), Antioxidant (Citric Acid)], Batter [Wheat Flour, Starch (Maize), Salt, Thickeners (1404, 412), Dehydrated Onion, Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein (Wheat), Spice, Herb], NZ Fish (22%), Water, Breadcrumbs [Wheat Flour, Glucose, Salt, Yeast, Colours (100, 160b), Vegetable Oil, Sugar, Bread Improver (Anti Caking Agent (170), Acidity Regulator (300))], Onions, Vegetable Oil, Seasoning [Soy, Fish, Flavour enhancers (635, 920), Acidity Regulator (330), Anti-caking Agent (535), Shrimp Powder (Crustacean)], Parsley (<0.1%).

MAY CONTAIN: MILK, EGG, SULPHITES.

Cooking Instructions: Product requires cooking before consumption. Recommended centre temperature 75 degrees. Cook from frozen.

Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Place the frozen products on a baking tray. Fan bake for approx. 7 minutes per side. Pan Fry/ BBQ: Preheat pan with 1 Tbsp oil. Place the frozen product on to the preheated pan and cook for 5 minutes per side on a medium heat.

Handling/ Storage: Store at or below -18 degrees. Keep frozen. Once thawed DO NOT refreeze. To thaw - place in fridge overnight.
