Ingredients: Chicken (53%), Batter [Water, Thickener (1404), Wheat Flour, Salt, Maize Flour, Thickener (415), Herbs & Spices, Onion], Breadcrumb [Wheat Flour, Salt, Yeast, Sugar], Vegetable Oil, Parmesan Cheese (1.5%) [Pasteurized Milk, Starter Culture, Non-animal Rennet, Salt, Lipase, Tapioca Starch, Rice Flour], Soy Protein Isolate, Seasoning [Emulsifier (451), Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein (Soy), Flavour Enhancer (920)], Dehydrated Onion, Emulsifiers (450, 451), Salt, Oregano (0.1%), Parsley (0.1%), Ground White Pepper.

Cooking Instructions: All appliances vary. These are guidelines only. Allow product to cool for 2 mins prior to consuming. Remove product from packaging and cook from frozen. Product must be cooked thoroughly to an internal temperature of 75◦C before consumption

Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 200 ͦC. Fan bake for approx. 15 mins. Pan Fry: Preheat pan with 1 tbsp of oil on medium heat. Cook for approx. 6 mins per side, turning occasionally until golden Air Fry (1800w): Air Fry at at 200°C for approx. 9 mins.

Handling/ Storage: Store at or below -18 degrees. Keep frozen. Once thawed DO NOT refreeze. To thaw - place in fridge overnight.
