Mushroom Risotto Bites

Creamy risotto rice with mushroom and mozzarella cheese. Seasoned with black pepper and coated in a crispy golden panko crumb.

Cooking Instructions: Product requires cooking before consumption. Recommended centre temperature 72 degrees. Cook from frozen (if thawed halve the cooking times).

Oven Bake: Preheat to 180 degrees. Fan bake for 10-12 minutes. Deep Fry: Preheat to 170 degrees. Cook for 5-7 minutes. Microwave: Cook for 1 minute on high heat. Let it stand for 1 minute before consuming. Air Fryer: Cook for 8-10 minutes at 190 degrees.

Handling/Storage: Store at or below -18 degrees. Keep frozen. Once thawed DO NOT refreeze. To thaw - place in fridge overnight.
