Pork & Diced Apple Schnitzel

 Traditional kiwi pork schnitzel blended with chunks of tasty diced apple pieces and encased in golden breadcrumbs.

Cooking Instructions: Product requires cooking before consumption. Recommended centre temperature 71 degrees. Cook from frozen (if thawed halve the cooking times).

Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Fan bake for 15 minutes. Fry Pan: Cook on high heat for 6-7 minutes per side.

Handling/ Storage: Store at or below -18 degrees. Keep frozen. Once thawed DO NOT refreeze. To thaw - place in fridge overnight.
