Southern Style Chicken Sticks
Quality chicken strips, made with real chicken encased in a southern style coating.
Ingredients: Chicken (53%, ground), Water, Crumb (Wheat Flour, Herbs & Spices, Yeast, Salt, Milk Solids, Vegetable Fibre, Gluten, Dextrose, Acidity Regulators (330, 263), Emulsifier (481), Raising Agent (500)), Batter (Water, Thickeners (1404, 412), Wheat Flour, Salt), Vegetable Oil, Soy Protein, Spices, Salt, Emulsifiers (451, 450), Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein, Flavour Enhancer (635)
Allergens: Contains: Gluten, Milk and Soy. Manufactured on a line that also processes products containing crustacea, egg and fish.
Cooking Instructions: Product requires cooking before consumption. Recommended centre temperature 75 degrees. Cook from frozen (if thawed halve the cooking times).
Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Cook on fan bake for 10 minutes. Pan Fry: Cook on high heat for 6-7 minutes per side. Deep Fry: Heat oil to 180 degrees. Deep fry for 3-4 minutes.
Handling/ Storage: Store at or below -18 degrees. Keep frozen. Once thawed DO NOT refreeze. To thaw - place in fridge overnight.
