Southern Style Chicken Sticks

 Succulent chicken strips, encased in a tasty southern style coating. Cook ‘em up then dunk ‘em in your favourite dipping sauce.

Ingredients: Chicken (56% Ground), Batter [Water, Wheat Flour, Thickeners (404, 412), Maize Starch, Salt, Spices, Herbs, Mineral Salts (450, 500), Whey Powder (Milk), Dextrose, Vegetable Powder, Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein (Wheat), Flavour Enhancer (635)], Breadcrumbs [Wheat flour, Spices, Salt, Whey Powder (Milk), Dextrose, Herbs, Mineral Salt (450, 500), Raising Agent (500), Flavour Enhancer (635)], Vegetable Oil, Water, Soy Protein Isolate, Seasoning [Acidity Regulator (451), Flavour Enhancer (920)], Salt, Ground, White Pepper

Allergens: CONTAINS: Gluten, Wheat, Milk, Soy. MAY CONTAIN: EGG, FISH, CRUSTACEAN, SULPHITES.

Cooking Instructions: All appliances vary. These are guidelines only. Allow product to cool for 2 mins prior to consuming. Remove product from packaging and cook from frozen. Product must be cooked thoroughly to an internal temperature of 75◦C before consumption.

Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 200°C, fan bake for approx. 13 mins Pan Fry: With 1 tbsp of oil on high heat, approx. 5 mins per side. Deep Fry: Heat oil to 180°C, deep fry for approx. 4 mins. Air Fry (1800w): Air fry at 200°C for approx. 6 mins.

Handling/ Storage: Store at or below -18 degrees. Keep frozen. Once thawed DO NOT refreeze. To thaw - place in fridge overnight.
