Southern Style Chicken Patties

Quality real chicken patties cased in a tasty Southern Style Coating.

Ingredients: Chicken (60% ground), Water, Batter [Water, Thickeners (1404, 412), Wheat Flour, Salt, Herbs & Spices], Breader [Wheat Flour, Herbs & Spices, Salt, Milk Powder, Dextrose, Raising Agent (500), Flavour Enhancer (635)], Vegetable Oil, Seasonings, Soy Protein, Emulsifiers (450, 451).

Allergens: Contains: Gluten, Milk and Soy. Manufactured on a line that also processes products containing crustacea, egg and fish.

Cooking Instructions: Product requires cooking before consumption. Recommended centre temperature is 75 degrees. Cook from frozen (if thawed: halve the cooking times).

Oven Bake: Preheat to 200 degrees. Fan bake for 15 minutes. Pan Fry: Medium heat for 6 - 7 minutes per side.

Handling/ Storage: Store at or below -18 degrees. Keep frozen. Once thawed DO NOT refreeze. To thaw - place in fridge overnight.
