Cook from frozen (if thawed halve the cooking times).
Oven Bake: Preheat to 200°C Fan bake: for 10 minutes.
Pan Fry: High heat, 6-7 minutes per side.
Deep Fry: Heat oil to 1800C, deep fry for 3-4 minutes.
