Cooking Instructions: Product requires cooking before consumption. Recommended centre temperature 75 degrees. Cook from frozen (if thawed halve the cooking times).

Oven Bake: Preheat to 200 degrees. Fan bake for 25 minutes. Microwave: Cook on high for 1 minute 40 seconds per side. Let it stand for 1 minute before consumption.

Handling/ Storage: Store at or below -18 degrees. Keep frozen. Once thawed DO NOT refreeze. To thaw - place in fridge overnight.
