Ingredients: Chicken (48%, ground), Batter [Water, Thickeners (1404, 412), Wheat Flour, Salt], Breadcrumbs [Wheat Flour, Water, Salt, Yeast, Flour Conditioners (516, 300), Enzymes, Acidity Regulator (263), Colour (160b)], Vegetable Oil, Seasonings, Soy Protein, Herbs & Spices, Emulsifier (451)

Allergens: Contains: Gluten, Milk and Soy. Manufactured on a line that also processes products containing crustacea, egg and fish.

Cooking Instructions: Product requires cooking before consumption. Recommended centre temperature 75 degrees. Cook from frozen (if thawed halve the cooking times).

Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Fan bake for 15 minutes. Fry pan: Cook on high heat for 7-8 minutes per side.

Handling/ Storage: Store at or below -18 degrees. Keep frozen. Once thawed DO NOT refreeze. To thaw - place in fridge overnight.
