Cooking Instructions: Product requires cooking before consumption. Recommended centre temperature 75 degrees. Cook from frozen (if thawed: halve the cooking time).

Oven Bake: Preheat to 200 degrees. Fan bake for 15 minutes. Pan Fry: Cook on a medium heat for 6 - 7 minutes per side.

Handling/ Storage: Store at or below -18 degrees. Keep frozen. Once thawed DO NOT refreeze. To thaw - place in fridge overnight.
