Cooking Instructions

Note: All appliances vary, These are guidelines only

Product requires cooking before consumption. Recommended centre temperature 75 degrees. Cook from frozen.

Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Place the frozen products on a baking tray. Fan bake for approx. 7 minutes per side.

Pan Fry: Preheat pan with 1 Tbsp oil. Place the frozen product on to the preheated pan and cook for 5 minutes per side on a medium heat.

Handling/Storage

Store at or below -18 degrees. Keep frozen. Once thawed DO NOT refreeze. To thaw - place in fridge overnight.
