Cooking Instructions

All appliances vary. These are guidelines only. Allow product to cool for 2 mins prior to consuming. Remove product from packaging and cook from frozen. Product must be cooked thoroughly to an internal temperature of 75◦C before consumption.

Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 200°C, fan bake for approx. 13 mins.

Pan Fry: With 1 tbsp of oil on high heat, approx. 5 mins per side.

Deep Fry: Heat oil to 180°C, deep fry for approx. 4 mins.

Air Fry: Air fry at 200°C for approx. 6 mins.

Handling/Storage

Store at or below -18 degrees. Keep frozen. Once thawed DO NOT refreeze. To thaw - place in fridge overnight.
